Q: Can we change the starting call Time Frame? Instead of 48 hrs. prior to job, can we do immediate calling, from when job is opened? That way, if job is created 3+ days ahead of time, system can start calling subs as soon as the job is available?
A: The system always calls 48 hours ahead, but really cannot be set to call out any further than that. We have done studies on the effectiveness of mass calls further ahead of time and found that 48 hour window to be the best point at which to start the calls.
