South Whittier School District families can receive free school supplies through the Back to School Bash event taking place on Saturday, August 11, at Adventure Park in Whittier.
The Back to School Bash event is hosted by Los Angeles County’s supervisor, Janice Hahn, and will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.. The event includes free school supplies for those who are pre-registered, kids play zone, free face painting, free food, craft vendors, and community resource information.

Registration Requirements:
Unincorporated Whittier students attending local public school.
Income eligible household.
Students K through 12th grade.
Limited to the first 500 eligible registrants.
Families Must Bring:
Parent/Guardian picture I.D.
Proof of address (utility bill)
