SWSD’s Reyna Serillo Honored With Community Service Award

South Whittier School District honored Reyna Serillo with the SWSD Community Service Award on Friday, March 1, at Pico Park Community Center.

 

All Whittier district came together for this event to honor and celebrate their district honorees. 

 

Reyna Serillo has been a part of the South Whittier School District PTA for many years. She is the current PTA president at Loma Vista Elementary and served as PTA president at Graves Middle School during the 2017-2018 school year. 

 

Now that she has a child who is in high school, she now also serves at Cal High School in their PTA and soccer club. Serillo is a member of the South Whittier School District Education Foundation and has helped and encouraged many parents to attend workshops and to be active in many different parent participation opportunities.
