Human Resources oversees the hiring and evaluation of the District’s 300+ employees. The Associate Superintendent of Human Resources is responsible for disciplinary matters and serves as the District’s chief negotiator for certificated and classified negotiations. Human Resources oversees teacher credentialing and certification, advises the superintendent on personnel-related matters, and implements the Board’s personnel practices.
