Last year, we launched a committee to help plan literacy goals and activities for the 2025–2026 school year. This team will continue to meet 3–4 times throughout the year to check in on our progress and support the development of our district-wide literacy efforts.
We’d love to invite parents to join us in this important work. If you’re interested in being part of the committee, please fill out the interest form below by August 15, 2025.
Committee Mission
The South Whittier School District Literacy Campaign is all about building a community-wide love of reading. We aim to engage families, empower educators, and inspire students to become confident readers and creative thinkers.
